Cotton Vaughn Guide Service-Capt Cotton Vaughn Cotton has been fishing Lake Hartwell all his life. For the past 30 years he has been been able to make his passion his profession. That passion is 'guiding' on this beautiful lake! In the process he has had the pleasure of teaching all ages the joy of catching stripers, hybrids, crappie, and catfish.
