Does anyone have recommendations or experiences at any of these places? Other places?

McCormick Motel
Bar Mel
Savannah Lakes
Harry's Sportsman's Lodge
Cullars Inn

I am interested in:

Price/Quality/Cleanliness
Ease of parking a large boat trailer
Outside electric for charging batteries
Proximity to Dorn

Thanks for any information,

Rick

I was gonna mention Cullars Inn but I see you have it on the list. There's a Huddle House and Hardees right there next to it as well...

I usally stay at Bar- Mel, you can park your boat at the front door and they have outlets on the out side of the rooms. I would recomend McCormick Motel as a last resort. I have heard good thing about Savannah lakes but have never stayed there. Harry lodge has pretty good food and drinks but it is hard to put a trailer in the lot as for Cullars inn I didn't know about them but will look at it next time I go down there.fi****

I will be at Cullars. Bar Mel is booked up. Does Cullars have outlets available outside?

I got a room at Savannah Lakes for $81 including tax. I don't know how that compares but I thought I would let everyone know. It was going to be $105 until she asked if I was fishing in a tournament.

Brad, Cullars does have outlets outside the rooms for battery charging. It's a good place to stay. I think you'll be pleased.
